North Dakota isn't available quite yet — it's coming soon.

Why not North Dakota?
Recording rules are state law. Most states let a buyer record a notice of their own contract with only the buyer's notarized signature — but North Dakota's statute imposes a requirement our one-sitting online flow can't satisfy today. When that changes, or when we add the signing path this state requires, we'll open it. In the meantime, an attorney in North Dakota can advise on alternatives such as a lis pendens or a seller-signed recordable agreement.
